Robert has been engaged numerous times to supply and install different art installations within our public parks both in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. The entire process working with Rob from initial design through to implementation was extremely easy. The final product and delivery was exactly, if not better than we expected. His use of materials and creativity means that the installations will always have certain longevity to them. Roberts attention to detail and focus on what the client was after was second to none. I definitely look forward to working with Robert on future projects.

I first saw Rob’s wonderful metal birds at an exhibition at a New Farm art gallery in conjunction with his mother, Anne Everingham, and her beautiful jewelry. I approached Rob at a later date and commissioned him to replicate a panel in an antique French door I had purchased, and would he please make it the size of a security door for my front door. He produced a work of art. It was exactly what I had asked for and more. I then mentioned that I wanted to create new display shelving with just a little touch of difference for my shop front windows. Again craftsmanship at it’s best, delivered when he said he would, and at the price quoted. I highly recommend Robert Everingham and his company Iron Fist to everyone who would like their own piece of original “Iron Fist” by master craftsman Robert Everingham.

We have been a client of Robert Everingham since he came to Brisbane 12 years ago. We admire his work and the individual pieces he sculpts. We have sculptures to enhance our garden in Brisbane and at the Sunshine Coast. The smaller sculptures are also popular. The individual design and creativity of Robert’s works, are a tribute to his talent and expertise, working with a heavy metal. Our pieces bring us immense enjoyment and pleasure.

Robert Everingham designed and constructed some gates for our front door at our new home at Marcus Beach. They are much admired by visitors to the house and passers-by in the street and reflect the ethos of our site at Marcus Beach. He also made us two tables – one with a Silastone top and one with a wooden top. We use them every day and they are decorative, as well as practical. One big bunch of iron proteas takes pride of place on a rustic plinth.

We are thrilled with the screen Robert made for us. We knew we wanted something different and suggested to the architect that he should leave that area to us as we knew just the person for the job. We had seen many examples of Roberts work but when we saw a photograph of a gate he had just completed we asked if he could incorporate that design in a large screen. He did an amazing job. I have always loved the wrought iron features on houses in Europe and when designing my new home wanted to incorporate some wrought iron work. I did a google search and very fortunately came across the beautiful work of Robert Everingham. From our first meeting I was not only impressed with the standard of work Robert was able to show me but also how he carefully considered the plans for my new house and was able to suggest a style of iron work to compliment the type of house. He was able to conceptualise what I wanted and come up with a beautiful and original plan. Working with Robert was a pleasure. He worked closely with the builders and was very flexible around changing timelines. The final product was absolutely stunning and made a lovely home very special. I was so delighted with the beauty and quality of the end product I asked Robert to design a water feature, some furniture and letterbox. Dear Robert, I write to thank you for the wonderful job you did making the wrought iron window security bars and front security door for my house at Chelmer. The way you were able to look at the existing 100 year old wrought ironwork and marry that to your newer, more modern ironwork was truly amazing. Robert designed a front entrance doorway to our home in a unique organic design. We are truly delighted with the result. It looks amazing and swings beautifully. It has surpassed all of our expectations. Dealing with Robert has been a pleasure.
